Things to do in Uganda
There's a lot of activities to engage in during your stay in this beautiful and unspoilt area of the world. On this page we suggest some things to do in addition to the other tourist attractions you'll find throughout Western Uganda, most of which you can explore when you check out our 'Uganda Towns' pages below and most are free or very reasonably priced. If staying at a local homestay probably the first thing you will want to do is go for a scenic walk along the mountain paths that will surround your accommodation. Inevitably you'll be joined by local kids eager to spend time with a "muzungo" who may introduce you to local activities such as milking local Ankole cattle to more ambitious activities such as horse-riding and outdoor swimming.
